Nice-Pak International is a leading wet wipe innovator and manufacturer with headquarters in the UK and offices in Germany. Employee engagement has been a consistent priority for Nice-Pak – demonstrated by its industry above average tenure of service, with over half of its current workforce having spent more than 10 years at the company. However, as Nice-Pak has grown, so has its struggle to foster a culture of engagement and inclusivity for all its employees.
